Martina Karagiozova, ACCA, Managing Partner in Accounta
Over 27 years of accounting and financial advisory experience. Worked for PwC for 5 years Martina is licensed appraiser of companies under Bulgarian legislation.
Martina is a licensed appraiser of commercial enterprises and receivables under Bulgarian law, as well as an expert at the Registry Agency.
Education
University of National and World Economy, MSc in Finance;
Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Experience
Martina Karagiozova is a Partner in Accounta, she has 27 years of of audit and corporate finance experience. She was Assistant Manager in PwC Bulgaria.
She has participated in the audit of many local and international companies in various industries. She has participated in and managed projects financed by the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Bulgaria, Albania, Serbia.
She has excellent knowledge of Bulgarian National Accounting Standards, International Accounting Standards and International Standards of Auditing.
Martina has experience in outsourced accounting services for multinational companies – services includes bookkeeping, advising on preparation of internal manuals and guidelines, introduction of controlling procedures, management reporting, consolidation packages preparation.
She also has significant experience in the field of corporate finance – M&A project management, project management, fundraising, business plan preparation, financial modeling, business valuation, due diligence.
